Very Vague and not clear service

Paid for my licence to be renewed, checked on there website and cannot find any track of this. Paid at the Spar in Watefall. Also no way on there website to contact except and email which never replies. Paid R1231.00 and still no idea where my licence disk is. very vague service and would really recommend.
