Total loss, no vehicle licence disk and no money!

It is now almost a month since I renewed my vehicle licence and have yet to receive it. This was a test run to see if Renewonline would be better than the SA Post office at renewing my vehicle licence. At this moment in time the SA Post office is a thousand times better. Renewonline even managed to deliver my vehicle licence to the wrong person, wrong address two weeks ago and have him signed. When I pointed out that I am not "Raymond" they said they got it back, but two week later and still just empty promises. I even sent Renewonline a GPS pin drop with GPS coordinates and offered to pay for a reputable courier service but to no avail. Because of this continued disappointment in their service I cannot recommend Renewonline. The best I can hope for is to get my money back and try the SA Post office.
