TERRIBLE SERVICE - DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS !!

What pathetic and appalling service ..... I submitted a vehicle licence renewal application online and paid on 10 March. I eventually received an email on 23 March to state that I was receiving a refund (less their admin fee of R 215) due to "an outstanding transaction" with Ekurhuleni metro (read traffic fine). I supp**** my banking details on the same day and was assured of a refund within 30 days. It has now been 6 weeks and I am still awaiting my refund. I emailed Veronica Snyman at the refunds department on 5 May and was told "my refund will be processed as soon as possible" - no indication of time at all !!!!

Whatever you do, do NOT use Renewonline ..... their customer service is appalling and they have zero interest of helping their clients. What could have been resolved in 48 hours is now six weeks with no resolution in sight. They are earning interest on my money and in the meantime my vehicle licence is racking up penalties while they take their time to refund my money
