Shocking "Service: from Renew It Online

DO i have to even give this service one star? I filled in all the docs and received confirmation signed mandate has been received. According to the website the next thing is within 2 days I will receive an invoice Well 3 WEEKS LATER and my license grace period about to expire - I have received nothing! SHOCKING SERVICE !! Going into the website there are no contacts and no "deregister button" nothing ! What a waste of time
