SHOCKING AND PATHETIC SERVICE

I paid for 3 license discs to be renewed on the 22nd of October and immediately emailed proof of payment to them. It took Renew Online FIVE days to come back to me to say that they quoted me incorrectly and I needed to pay an additional R70 something before they release my discs to the courier. I again immediately made payment and send the POP. It took them another WEEK before the license discs to be delivered only to discover that only 2 of our 3 license discs were delivered. NO ONE replies to any of my emails querying the matter, Charlene from EFT is completely non responsive. To my shock we were called by a complete stranger who told us that our license disc was incorrectly delivered to him. STILL NOT ONE WORD FROM RENEW ONLINE. Their service is shocking and pathetic, I would never recommend anyone using them.
