Company does not stick to scheduled processing time and uses a courier that cannot be contacted.

I was told 4-5 days working days for delivery after license is processed. Almost 6 days after and two emails later, and the company is no longer responding to emails and logistics company cannot be contacted either. I used them about 3 years back and had similar issues. I was told that as they were new, they were still trying to sort the system out.I only resorted to using them as I am out of the country and therefore cannot use the traditional methods of applying for a license disk. This was a desperate decision. They are no longer new, yet one still has to fight and complain to get decent service. I have resorted I hello Peter this time, as they are not even responding to my emails any more.

I would not recommend them. I would much rather pay an actual person to go to the post office for me to make the application. Do not use this company!!!
