Renewonline should be nightmare online

I renewed my trailer lisence with renewonline on 4 April 2022. After a running around and having to pay extra money after the quote was submitted my lisence disk was picked up by the courier at 28 April 2022. Yesterday i called renewonline Limpopo and was told that i would receive an answer before 10:00 this morning. At 11:26 no answer from them and still no lisence disk. I would really advise people to think before using them
