Renewonline Service

I have been waiting for my refund for over ten days, Renewonline is saying Spar Broadacres is responsible for issuing this refund but I paid to a Renew Agent instore. Avoid these people like a plague...just good at collecting funds, but resort to the funnel approach at refunds
