I bought my vehicle license on 26 June.

27 June - "Out for processing" (4 - 5 days) 4 July - I enquired about it, and their excuse: downtime of the Government official e-Natis system and shortage of face-values (green documentation whereon a license disc is issued), AND their words: You may expect delivery anytime at the end of this week. 11 July: Unfortunately, there was a short payment made on the vehicle... The licensing division raised the transaction fees for license disc renewals...

This is a load of BS, as my husband took out his lisence AT the dept on 8 July AND was by far less than what I am paying for my car.

NOW, I paid the fees, NOW they simply do not reply.
