Renewonline is useless

Useless organisation. I just want all my money back. I’ve been paying non stop and still no license disk. The girl who knows at spar Broadaches is useless and your call centre is useless. Now they saying before I get my disc I must pay R720 but they not telling me what it’s for. Poor service delivery and useless organisation
