Renewonline - DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Firstly the fact that Renewonline don't have the option to comment/post on the Facebook page says ALOT.

They are quick to cancel the renewal because of an outstanding fine, AFTER THREE ATTEMPTS and paying penalties twice because of 'outstanding' fines, only to find out WE HAVE NO OUTSTANDING fines and its an issue on their side. I tell them to refund me, NO APOLOGY, NOTHING. AWFUL service.
