If only a zero star was allowed I would give them double zero. Unprofessional, unreliable and useless. I was told they take 3 days, it’s my second week. Should have just went to postnet or traffic department. Save yourself a headache from this claim to be… no direct communication with licensing department or paycity. Avoid.
