RENEW ONLINE *******

I went and renewed my car license(ix35) a week later it was returned unlicensed and i was told there is another vehicle of mine which has expired and the license will only be renewed once I also renew that license(eco sport). I then renewed the eco sport and a week later the eco sport license arrived but not the ix35 license. I was then told to pay a further R255 to have this done. What annoyed me even further was that the manager at Olivedale spar who was inquiring with renew online why I had to pay R255 was laughing and speaking in Afrikaans as though I could not understand saying " wil jy met hom kom praat want hy is die donder in". Totally unacceptable from spar and even more unacceptable from renew online that I have to pay further monies to have my initial license renewed. A *******. If I just had taken my licenses myself to a post office I would have got both without a hassle.
