RENEW ONLINE IS ******ING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS BY PROMISING CONVINIENCE

On Saturday 5th November I went to spar at Retail Crossing to renew my vehicle license. The cashier handling the issue advised me an amount of R 1493.30 including admin fee was required to complete the transaction; once paid I would receive my license within 3-5 working days. I proceeded to pay the required amount and received an electronic Invoice. I contactED the cashier today, Monday 14th November to enquire the whereabouts of my license only to be advised that I have to pay an additional R558 as I did not pay the correct amount. The amount of R 1493.30 was the amount quoted by renew online. I have now also been told that i cannot cancel the transaction and wont receive a refund. This is ******* at it highest. I want to alert the public to this **** and money ******ion. They promise convenience yet hold you ransom. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE OF ONLINE RENEW
