RENEW ONLINE IS A ***** !

I have sent an email regarding a misconduct caused by RENEWONLINE yet to be resolved and now this is costing me more than expected.

I tried to renew my car DISC by Spar Carlswald , right before my disc expired and then unfortunately going to pick up my disc, I was told I owe some law enforcement orders hence my disc could not be printed.

After having made sure i renewed before expiring, now here is the first misconduct from your company, directly from a RTMA employee, asked why SPAR accepted renewal fee if there was law enforcement orders because, i shouldn't be able to pay to renew if there was outstanding and i remembered the last time by post office i was unable to renew my disc until i paid outstanding fees so i already knew i wouldn't be able to renew my disc anytime there's an outstanding fee but to my surprise i was allowed to pay for my disc which meant only one thing, "NO OUTSTANDING BILLS' i paid over R1900 for my disc plus SPAR charge fee EXTRA FEES.

I have been renewing my disc for years why all of a sudden bills I was never alerted about from 2018 popped up and this was where it all got worse, after i paid almost R3000 law enforcements order at MUTAKA road Midrand, i was told to go back to SPAR MIDRAND to print my disc, now SPAR is charging me extra R450 for SPAR charges which i have paid before also the lady told me municipality is charging me extra R100 for late DISC renewal meanwhile i paid ever before my disc expired so where is the late charges coming up from, she couldn't answer.

My disc was supposed to expire on 31 Dec 2024. I renewed the 9th of Jan 2025, within 20 days. I just paid the enforcement today and we are still in the 3rd month of the year, how are you charging me for a 4 months late disc payment, hence I reported this for clarification and review of this company and whilst i was there, someone also complained this wasn't the first time this is happening they did the same to him he paid twice and yet he had to print his disc elsewhere, so this is how they do customers and rip them off.

The economy is not pleasant enough to have companies ripping us off our hard earned money just for nothing, and right now i have to drive my kids to school without a disc and to avoid extra bills i had to pay extra transport money and this is frustrating and after reviewing renewal online they have a whole bunch of negative reviews from so many customers, and i think municipality should look into them very quick https://www.hellopeter.com/renewonline .
