renew online

Did use renew online to renew my license's. After 3 weeks they contacted as and say they have a 3 month back log we can request our money back.

I did so and did my license's on Natis. Now suddenly they where able to do the license's and do not want to refund me for the license's. I will refund for the one but not the other one. I will never use them again as I do not now if they just requested a reprint as it was already done by Natis when they did it. According to me I can't renew a license's twice in one year?
