Refund outstanding

I made a payment for a vehicle license renewal in the first of September 2020. There was an issue with the original payment, so I requested a refund on the 18th of September. The refund has still not been paid a month later. Renew Online promised to make the payment last week - 15th of October. Still waiting for payment. I would never trust this service again.
