having used them before with no issues i was keen to use them.only this last vehicle renewal i was told(after paying initial fee)that i had to take vehicle for a roadworthy which i did.that done was told i had to pay additional fee which i did.then told again to pay additional fee as natis had requested this.i still have no emails (which i requested)showing me reasons for additional fees from natis.biggest problem is communication.they dont notify clients of issues.its the client that has to call them to find out status of renewal.when asking for a supervisor always told she is out and no number given.in the end i picked up licence myself.still waiting(over a month now and numerous emails)for courier refund.i think ill just cut my losses and move on but wont use them again
