Poor service

One star for poor service, Waiting almost 2 weeks for my license disk. Still have not received it.

The reasons I received:

1.first (after a week - excessive amount of time for this notification) short payment - their system incorrectly calculated the amount I must pay. Email indicated I should pay the outstanding amount (R36 in my case) and send proof of payment so that they will deliver. Paid and sent proof of payment immediately.

2. Called 2 days later person on phone said it was with the courier company but will get back to me. No one called me back.

3 Day later called again. This time was called back. My disk was still at their office. Still not handed to the courier. This time reason was my payment for the R36 only reflected the morning even though they received my proof of payment 3 days earlier.

Hopefully I will receive it soon if they are not a ****!

Be wary and rather use another professional online service like Pick and Pay especially if you urgently require a renewal
