Poor service and incompetence by renewonline

In October 2021 i renewed my Audi via their service, but the disc could not be printed because I have another car (Opel) which also needed it's license renewed. On the 16/11/2032 I paid R1 775 to renew the license discs for both motor vehicles yet somehow they failed to renew both and are telling me that I haven't renewed the opel, yet that is what I paid them to do, so again no disc. Called their offices today and spoke to an agent who promised to revert today but didn't. Subsequent calls went unanswered. I had a family emergency which needed me to travel out of the province today but I can't without a license disc displayed. Now I face the prospect of further penalties on both cars simply because of somebody's incompetence and poor service.
