Poor Service

The first time we used them their service was great. I have app**** more than a week ago and my license is still not taken care off.

They do respond to emails but it is almost a generic email with no concrete answers.

I have now requested a refund of my money in order for me to go and apply for my license myself as I am running out of time and they don't seem to understand the urgency.
