Pleasantly surprised by the professionalism

I app**** for disc renewal on Tuesday and paid on the same day. It took 2 days for the payment to reflect (I was worried as there was no communication whatsover). However, Charlene contacted me, apologised for the delayed response and promised I would have my renewed disc within 48 hours. I received it on Friday, I am happy with the service provided, no hassles and queues. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the delayed response
