Pathetic service

Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!

Went in to the branch end of October, by the 16 December still no license disk. After the lady at the branch made a mess up and put through old details which resulted in them changing my vehicle to limpopo from Gauteng! Got told I'll need more number plates and everything! Every email was just for more and more money. If there was an issue they'd never tell me. I would always have to phone and enquire why they need more and more! Eventually after 2 months of no license disk and alot of money paid I went to the post office and did my renewal within 30 minutes. Now it's the fight to get my money back. It's been the 14 days stated that it would take for me to receive my refund. I phoned in this morning only to be told they can only refund me the R115 delivery fee!!!! And they would investigate with the limpopo branch as to when I can get my full refund? My question is, why couldn't someone pick up the phone 14 days ago and tell me that they can't refund full amount. Now I have to just "wait out the process". Really, think before using this place.
