NEVER EVER USE RENEW ONLINE !!!!

What a complete disaster !!!! DO NOT use this company !! I made the mistake of trying to renew a licence with them. Waited almost 2 months, numerous excuses later and eventually got a refund. Then tried to go direct to the local licencing department to renew along with another vehicle licence. Licensing department tells me that Renew Online initiated a payment process but never cancelled it, so it is blocking all other vehicles in my name from being renewed. Took this up with Renew Online who denied any wrongdoing and now refuse to help me. Been ignoring my emails for more than a week now. As a result - I now have 2 unlicenced vehicles and no way to resolve the issue because Renew Online will not assist to rectify their mistake
