Must read if you have multiple vehicles to renew.

Should you read this you have either already been exposed to their “service” or you are smart by checking if they are a honourable company. My experience is very consistent to other 1-star customers and you can expect the following as a given: • You will pay an additional fee for at least one vehicle even though you check and rechecked aarto for fines. • Only part of your submission will be processed. Normally the cheaper smaller registration fees. • Your money will not be paid out before 30 days (which I battle to comprehend) and also only after your enquiry/complaint. • The staff are all “over” courteous and apologetic in their emails and conversation.

This was my experience as I normally have a couple of licenses to renew but it could be different if you only have a single vehicle to renew. I renewed my licences with penalties of course (after they eventually refunded me) at NATIS themselves. They caused me 2 months of penalties plus the additional phoney charges.
