Lack of service delivery

On the 17th July i paid for my license to be renewed at Spar Palmcourt through Renewonline . It has not been a pleasant experience at all as something that is easy to get and is immediate at either license department or postoffice has taken more than 2 weeks to process . When i say to process , i still do not have my disk to date although i have paid for this service . 20th July i received sms confirmation that my disk was processed and ready for collection at Spar within 24 hrs . When i tried to collect the disk i was then told that there are enforcements in my name. 27th July copy of the enforcements were sent to me on whatsapp together with a bank account of which i needed to pay the enforcements into . R2360 was paid into RBCK holdings and i sent POP vi whats app again on Monday 28th July to Julia at Spar to proceed. She then came back to me advising that there was an additional R100 admin fee i need to pay . I requested to speak to someone at hedoffice s it didnt mke sense to me that i was paying admin fee for tickets i payed via EFT and already disk admin fee was paid initially .She put me in contact with Catherine who has been escalating my matter to her supervisor for almost 1 week now . Everyday she advises me they are working on it and i will have disk . I've explained i don't understand the issue but daily im told it will be updated , sorted , processed on the system manually . Thursday Catherine said her supervisor was dealing with this issue but Julia at Spar said it was processed and i must wait until Tuesday to receive disk . Today is the 4th August and i called Catherine again ...I was told this needs escalation to traffic department as they aren't sure what the issue is . She also told me by 1pm i would have feedback but i did not receive that and now the office line is not being answered. I'm forced to now drive around without a disk because the incompetence and lack of customer service ive received.
