Horrid service

Being under covid-19 conditions, I became vulnerable and app**** for my disc renewal. They came up with a story that I have not renewed some "vehicles" and they therefore cannot deliver the disc. I am very upset now. After demanding my money back so that I can process the disc myself, they delivered some documents WITHOUT the disc. Can I please have my money back and I will collect the disc myself. It takes less than an hour!!!!!
