This online service does exactly what it advertises to do. I registered and payed after close of business on day 20 of grace period after license expired. They delivered three days later as promised. What this means is that they payed for my license on day 21 which saved me the one month penalty due if it was not payed on the 21st. At the time it was impossible to make use of the post office or licensing department's disfunctional services.
