Excellent service, Thank you

I saw some negative reviews about this company but I took a chance, call it taking a leap of faith. I registered online with then on Thursday 6 May 2021 and did the licence renewal online, my licence was done the following day 7th May and got notification that it has been handed over to their courier company Friday afternoon. It's Monday today 10th May and my disc was delivered by the courier company this morning.

What an awesome and hassle free service, thanks Renew online. I would have given full stars but if only you can improve on your communication as I had to send mails to keep up to date with the progress and also there is no number to contact on the website and also the full details of the courier company were not provided on the courier sms sent, these small details can unsettle someone considering that we are in South Africa and there is always ****s going around and also because of some of the reviews given by other people. Other than that great work, Will definately use them again.
