Do not use this business for your licenses

Very poor service and no feedback although they promise to keep you up to date. My license was taken out end of September and paid for in full (i have POP). There was a problem with the vehicle license disc as there was a unpaid trailer against my name. I paid it and phoned renew online on 12 october again to reprocess it. I again had to pay on 14 October after which they said they will resend it. This never happened. I have been phoning from 4 November and again paid another amount on 7 November due to them having to reprint the license again. I am phoning now everyday for 2 weeks with no progress.
