DO NOT USE RENEWONLINE - ********
Paid for my license renewal on 2020-12-11 but did not receive my license. When I called, I was told my license had been delivered to me. As I was disputing this Rochelle and Tebogo made another promise that my license would be delivered by 15h00 on 2020-12-23 but this never happened. Tried to call again after 15h00 on 23 Dec and got no response, sent an email and received an out of office response that they were closed until 4 Jan 2021. I have been ****med!!!

06 Jan 2021, 10:59Renew online did indeed open on 4 January 2021. I called them to follow-up on my license and all I got was excuses. Some of the lies you will hear when you follow up:
1)Your license was delivered and signed for by you (shocking!!)
2) We have a problem with the courier, or we are waiting for the courier to return your parcel. Ohh by the way, we are in the process of changing courier companies!!
At the end of the day, I am still sitting without a license that I paid for.
