Disgruntled by poor service

Don't ever use this service!!

I app**** to renew my license disc and the experience hasn't been great. I used this service for convenience and all I've gotten is Grey hairs. The system is ****** outdated and no one is helpful! They keep telling me I have enforcement orders blocking my disc when I've paid for them over a month ago. I was able to renew my license with ease in the same week I app**** for the disc. When I go to the traffic department for a print out of the so called enforcement there is nothing there! I can't possibly pay twice for the same thing. I'm convinced they're ********! I want a samn refund so I can use a different service provider!
