Disappointed with the lack of communication!

You guys sent me my MVL form without the actually disk. The status on my application said "Completed" which I took to mean everything is ok. The courier comes today but there's no disk because of an Enforcement Order, something you didn't tell me. So you delivered a form without a disk which is useless to me. And now you're telling ME to go to the Post Office to pay the fine and have the disk printed there. Why did I pay an admin fee when I clearly have to go and do the admin myself? I could have gone to the Post Office and saved myself the fees. I'm extremely disappointed in your service. And you make it very difficult for clients to get hold of you.
