I renewed my vehicle before expiry date, i listed all the correct vehicle details from registration certificate. I was invoiced licence fees and relevant admin fees. Totalling R774.00. We paid the said amount and sent proof of payment, 2 weeks down the line, they decide to change their minds and advise there was a shortfall, and the licence will not be issued. Who gives them the right to change fees as and when they like?
