Communication issue

I Received my license disc within 5 days. Was in a bit of a panic as it was delivered to the wrong person (the package did not have my name on). There was no way to phone and they did not respond to my emails. I was however able to sort it out with the courier (Globe flight) directly.

I will gladly recommend this service to friends and family if the communication improves as it does make renewing you license disc a lot easier.
