Clueless about customer service

After taking a month to renew my license, they had the audacity to want me to pay the fine that happened as a result of their poor service.

If they had the decency to just keep me updated on what was happening, I would have been ok with it but they just ignored any mails I sent to them asking for feedback.

Really clueless about customer service, full stop.
