Bad service. Bad attitude. Non functioning website.

Bad service. Bad attitude. Non-functioning website. My licence was renewed by renewonline but disc not issued because of an enforcement order. I duly paid the fine and advised renewonline. Meanwhile renewonline delivered the renewal certificate to my home, without the disc. It is completely useless without the disc. On querying the situation they acknowledge that there is no enforcement order, but suddenly there is no profile for me on their system and I'm expected to register again, and renew again. The system is unresponsive so you cant do either of these things and emails are ignored. I am now forced to drive without a valid licence disc and informed renewonline that I will hold them responsible for any fines I receive in this regard. Still no response. The T&C's on the website state that their system "does not allow for assistance of vehicles licensed pre 30/04/2016", which my vehicle is. It appears that they're unaware of what their system can do and if anything is out of the ordinary, they can't cope. I'm guessing my stance of holding them responsible for my fines has also fallen on deaf ears.
