Bad service and multiple miscalculations

The only reason they get a star, is because there is no way can give a zero star.

I app**** with them to renew my and my dad's vehicle licenses. The first transactio, being my dad's vehicles, went smoothly. No problem.

Alas, when it came to mine, it was a stuff-up of epic proportions. Firstly, after a week I had to contact them to find out what is happening and why I only got confirmation that payment on some of the licenses were made. Only after I posted a bad review, they came back to me to say that my one vehicle was a problem. Heila (the lady who contacted me) confirmed that I only owe another R800 to get all my licenses. I could not make immediate payment due to my budget beeing stretched at that stage and said I would make payment in December.

Heila phoned on the !rst Dec and once again confirmed te outstanding amount, as I had requested the confirmation of the amount.

After I paid the R800 on 4th Dec and confirmed it was in their account, I get another eMail stating that I owe another R574... That on top of the R800 + R1743 I have already paid.

I already had a issue with the first calculation, but 2 errornous calculations?

Very, very very unprofessional and bad.
