I had a bad experience with renew online. Their system will show you how much you suppose to pay. After online payment they will send you a different money that needs to paid on top of what you paid.
Please be extra vigilant when doing business with them. I would not advise anyone to use them. I am waiting for my refund. I will come here to update how many days it took before i was refunded. First time using them. And definitely the last.

29 Mar 2023, 09:45Please see below the email i have received from renew online. I paid them on 26th march 2023 for them to renew my vehicle licence. After they came up with stories wanting me to pay extra money. When i ask them to refund me. The telling me i will be refunded within 30 days.
People please beware of this company they are a big ****. Rather use supaquick and pnp to renew online. Had i know i wouldn't have. Please be careful. I am not letting this slide i am going to their office to collect my money personally.
