I paid for my two licence discs to be issued. Then renewonline notified me that the license department refused to issue my licence discs because according to them there was old licences of previous vehicles I owned thats money was outstanding. I Cathrine to get me proof from the licence department of what fees was outstanding. She stated a few times that they are not in direct contact with licence department and they cant get the informtion I need. I persisted and after requesting same a few times from Cathrine she finally send me a breakdown from the licence department. I then send her documeted evidence that I dont owe the money to the licence department an now once more I sit with the same issue they cant help me by sending the documents to the licence department because they are not in direct contact with enatis? I requested the E-mail address of the person who send them the breakdown of the money I supposedly owe the licence department and now Yolandi gives me the same story they cant help me because they not in direct contact with the licence department?
