Worst service to date!!!

My vehicle was booked in here for repairs. Worst decision ever! I was informed the last week of the progress and for that reason didn't book a rental car as my car was supposed to be ready on Friday 6 August 2021. After calling to confirm it will be ready, Renewit Sandton informs me at collection it's not ready. Why waste my time like this? I was supposed to go away this weekend with the vehicle and arranged this in this matter due to your updates that was sent to me daily. What type of business do you run? Its a shame that in todays world you do business like this! So many other businesses out there that wont allow this to happen! Shame on you! Look at all the bad reviews on here! I will definitely inform my broker about this and warn them about your business practice!
