Worst service ever

My repaid was authorised by the 30th of June 2022 and was advised they are going to start to fix my car, and that same day it was scheduled for Disassembly.

it moved to Panel beating dep on the 18th July ( step 3 of 5 repair steps, even today on the 28th July 2022 it is still stuck on that same step (Stage 5 of 10 ) and no one gives me feedback. i have communicated with my service consultant but with no positive feedback almost every 2 days.

The service here is so terrible, the worst i have ever experienced from any Renew-it
