Worst Service Ever
My car was towed to this center in September 2023 after an accident. I have since received it back in October 2023. However, they replaced my mirror with a non-folding mirror, my windows no longer close with the car key, my passenger seat beat no longer works, bumper is coming out. I have been there a couple of times and call a lot without much help. I don't recommend this center at all. Stay Away.

18 Dec 2023, 11:18After post this review on 14 December 2023, I got a call from Illam who promised that their driver will pick up my car at 09h00 today on 18 December 2023 to fix it. Unfortunately, no one came and no call was made to alert me why.
This service provider is a no go zone!

18 Jan 2024, 09:00Good day Charlotte , kindly note that you have been advised that the petrol pump is not related to the accident and you were advise by the repair facility to take the matter up with the insurance company as this is beyond our control as a repairer
