Worst repairer ever for Mercedes approved

My car was dropped off the Thursday on the27th Oct 2016 the day of the accident at Renewit Sandton by the insurance towing and was stored as per pics until Monday the 31st October 2016 when I went back to collect my locknuts. I was appalled at the way my car and other more expensive Mercedes Benz are being taken care of. I requested the car to be moved to an alternate panel beater and then I received a call from Ahmed the GM promised to take personal care of my car which he did not.

The car was repaired and upon arriving to collect on the 26th November 2016 I being the meticulous person that I am I found *****s from the inside boot not put back. Boot mat was loose and the clips were missing as well as other clips in and around the boot. I made the service advisor aware and all was replaced. Then while checking the spray job I found overspray on the boot lid. I was told to leave it and collect the car on Thursday the 28th which I did only to find my cars paint job worse off. The rear passenger door on the drivers side was over polished with swirling scratches. The rear passenger doors and fenders were reprayed and it's a totally poor job to put it mildly for a Mercedes approved repairer. I'm sure there is a nice kickback somewhere up the line where nobody gives a damn about the client that purchases these vehicles. I have no idea why the rear fenders and doors were reprayed and very poorly done as the damage was only to the rear bumper and boot lid and there is alot more over spray if one has to take a closer look. The bumper is also not properly aligned. And lastly my damn roof and driver's side mirror is scratched.

In order for the warranty and maintenence plan to stay in place we are forced to repair our cars at these repair centres and this is the end result. Now if I trade this vehicle in future I will lose more value because of half the car reprayed and the poor job done.

I'll never buy a Mercedes Benz or VW as this Renew-it is now the agents approved repairer
