Worst Customer Service Ever
Worst service ever. There is no customer service. Difficult to to get hold of people. Bukosi is the worst consultant I ever came across. I brought my car in for left side mirror to be replaced; I receive a message on Monday that they are stripping the part. I followed up on Friday to check how far they are with the replacement. I phoned at 8 am and was told Bukosi is busy with the client he will get back to me. Since now I have not received any call from him. I called to speak to his manager, s/he also did not answer my call.
