Worst customer service

I had been in a rear end collision on the 3rd of October 2016. My insurance had said that proline would be able to fix it. The first issue arised when i needed a quote and i was told that it would cost me R500 for the quote and i could wait up until 8 months for a quote. Once this issue was resolved and the repairs had been authorised everything seemed to go along smoothly, saldly this was not the case. When i was informed to collect my car and i did an inspection i noticed that they had not tightened my rear bumper, they had left the accident damaged wheel on the car the boot was not repaired properly, the emblim on my wheel was missing my rear top break light was not working and my antenna was off. They were also meant to order a key which never happend. After another week of waiting they said that i must wait another 7 days for the key. At which point i had contacted Robbie the director. I was informed by him that i could in the mean time get my car from proline until the key is sorted. When i got there i saw that my emblem was still missing and the rear light was still not working. After 2 weeks i had no feedback from proline i called to complain and was told the lady helping me no longer works there. The new lady nor Robbie replies to my calls, messages or emails.
