Wonderful service from Sivile and Merry-Jane

<p>Quite often reviews posted in such sites tend to glorify the overall service received from big companies. Sometimes we forget to mention the people behind such glowing service/s. Below I document my wonderful experience received from two women (Merry-Jane and Sivile) from RENEW IT, SANDTON. My experience has nothing to do with the company given the fact that after a month my car is yet to be completed. However, the two women mentioned above ensured that my horrible experience with the company was water under the bridge. Being a difficult customer that I’ve known myself to be, the two women were always available to assist and remained patient when at times I lost my humility. They’ve made any humanly possible to arrange an alternative car for me while they could not find parts for my car. When glitches aroused they called to inform me with alternative solutions for a win-win situation. At times when I called, they insisted on calling me back with their company phones. They shouldered company faults and failures and not even once did they try to justify the delay in completing my car. They rather humbly so apologised for the inconvenience emanating from the delay. Like true servants, they’ve were the true servants of renew-it, Sandton. </p> <p>For this reasons, I strongly feel that their good customer relations need to be commended and to note that as much as I was not happy about certain things like the lack of urgency in securing parts for my car, their hospitality even when I went to their offices was beyond what these words can depict. To these two women, your humility has been noticed and keep it.</p>
