The worst service is an understatement!!!!

<p>My vehicle was towed to Renew IT after an accident. The vehicle had side and rear damage which I believe was repairable. Upon arrival at their yard, the security guard actually drove the car into a stationery object and smashed the entire front. The car was declared a write off after that. Renew IT failed to inform us about the incident and this was only discovered after my broker and the assessor investigated further. For such a large organisation, nothing was done to actually compensate for the damage incurred. The response received from Ahmed Vally and Charles Byrne was sickening. It may not have been an expensive vehicle, but at that time it was someone's transport. No effort was even made to rectify this situation and we were forced to accept the write off. Disgusted!!!</p>
