Terrible service

I had an accident in December and my vehicle was towed to Renew It Sandton for repairs which was done and completed end of January. Upon collecting my vehicle,i discovered that the spare wheel was missing and I notified the Manager,Cecile and Chelene who have promised to order the spare wheel and deliver it to me. Till today i have not received it and i am now fed up with their empty promised.its almost 2 months now. does it take that long to order a spare wheel??.Terrible terrible service.I called them countless times and when they call me back they just give me empty promises! I will never recommend anyone to take their vehicle for repairs in this dealership.their service is really terrible!!!
