spare wheel ****** in my car

my car was ready for collection on the 22 march 2024, then i was not happy with something on the window and i asked about my spare wheel, of which i was advised to get it when i come in for the repair of the window thing, i then went back on the 27 march 2024 still did not get my spare wheel , i went back again on the 3rd may 2024 to get the window plastic thing to be fixed and i was happy with the repairs that happened on the car but still i missed the spare wheel, i did not get my original spare wheel instead i was given a normal wheel. They have been in communication with me until the 3rd may 2024 since then I have not received any communication from the branch. They did not tell me the whole truth of what happened to my spare wheel instead they told me that maybe it got mixed up with the spare wheels from other cars......so since march they are still looking for it, RENEW IT SANDTON how big is your workshop? until today they are still looking for it. I called head office yesterday and the emails were written but it seems as if no one wants to take the responsibility of what happened to my spare wheel JS64.....GP
